Banquets and Events at Calypso Bay

Room Capacity:
Maximum number of guests is 65
Minimum number of guests is 20 (to reserve a private room)

Room Fees:
The fee for a three-hour reception is $250.00

Payment:
A $250.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold the date. 50% of the contracted amount is due at the signing of the contract. The final payment and final number of guests is to be made 14 days prior to the event. There is no refund if cancelled 14 days prior to the event.

Service Charges and Tax:
There will be a 20% service charge and 5% sales tax added to all contracts.

All events at Calypso Bay will have a professional wait staff and bar staff needed for a three hour event, china and flatware, buffet tables, linen and skirting for the buffet tables, chafers with serving utensils, and set up and clean up for your event.
